Established since January 2000, Tanglewood Music School offers a unique teaching system constructed and designed by the experts in the respective instruments. The School provides uncompromising lessons directing at enabling students to perform locally and overseas.

Lessons are taught through a one-to-one session for undistracted interaction and exchange between teacher and student. Performances are held regularly for students to improve their skills and confidence. Students are selected to play under the in-house groups, namely, the Tanglewood Orchestra, Violin Ensemble, and Guitar Ensemble, to gain local and overseas performance exposure.

The school prides itself on achieving 100% passes in the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) examinations every year with many high scorers produced over the recent years.

Featuring Works by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Haydn, Mozart, the cast of Musical Fairytales will present a selection of delightful classical music for children and families to immerse in the world of music through fairytale characters and a magical setting with vibrant decors.

In this event, children will have an opportunity to get closer to the classical music instruments, exploring their differences and discovering how they produce the sound. They will also learn key concepts about classical music and famous composers with a repertoire of vibrant musical treasures performed by professional musicians.
